The ancestral home with the property measuring 3.15 acres which was also alienated has been repurchased and got registered in our favour on 31.1.2001 and 24.2.2001. Out of the same after retaining 1.25 acres for the trust the remaining property has been converted into small sites and given to members of family by mutual understanding. Few more sites are remaining to be given to interested purchasers. Sri T. Sadananda Pai, Manipal, the Author of the trust is authorised to get the sales registered. Most of the sites are already registered and remaining sites will be registered shortly. A contribution of 10 Cents of Land has been made by Late Sri T. Vittaldas Pai & Family Brahmavar to our Trust. Few areas like roof and flooring of the house which were in dilapilated condition were repaired and replaced in Feb 2001. Pest control has also been carried out in the building as it very old. Sri Ganesh Mallya, Kallianpur who is a relative of Family is maintaining the works of the House & Garden on honorary basis. He is Lighting the lamps to God everyday morning & night in our Pooja room.
