During the Portugees rule in Goa thousands of Families migrated from Goa to save our culture and heritage and save our people from Portugees autocracy. 7 Brothers of our Family were amongst them who came and settled down in Tonse at the bank of Holy Suvarna River. Ancesteral family of Tonse Kini and Shenoy residing near our house. Sri Devendra Pai, Moola Purush of our family stayed back in Tonse and the rest of them migrated to the nearby places of l Thenkanidiyoor- Badanidiyoor - Kemmannu Thottam l Baidebettu - Sooral - Kenjoor Agumbe - Thirthahalli l Sasthan - Barkur l Brahmavar - Udupi.
